LA VILLETTA "SALTINESS" it's REALLY a THREE-ROOM APARTMENT within walking distance of the beach in fact is just 60 metres from the sea, comfortable, equipped and bright, consisting of 2 double rooms, , living room (with sofa bed) + comfortable separate kitchen garden with gazebo (and outdoor shower) programmatic front terrace (Seaview), colour tv with DIGITAL DECODER, satellite system, iron and ironing board, washing machine, autoclave with water reserve. The House is also equipped with: microwave, Toaster, oven, barbeque, fridge, freezer, vaccum cleaner, chairs and large table into outer space back to eating outdoors (in the shade of the gazebo) with magnificent view to the pine forest. The decor is simple but cosy and functional with the right space devoted to ornaments that recall the love for the sea. Towels, bed and kitchen available upon request.We don't accept animalsPinus Village is a small village of seasides leaned on the pink granite of the beautiful beach of Cala Bernardini made up of Golden Sands and thin, on the South-West coast of Sardinia, just 40 Km from Cagliari and just 4 Km from the famous dune system of the beaches of Chia. Built in the early 80 's, it is characterized by its location overlooking a sea bottom transparent clear, gently sloping, suitable also for children, truly unique and pristine and to be immersed in an enchanting pine forest with tall trees. So between the Green and the blue, the owners of cottages mainly Cagliari have in the preserved original architecture of the site making it attractive and usable also for guests who wish to spend their holidays residing in the village. Even in busy periods there is a discreet silence since the village is managed by its owners in a condominium and not by a company of organized tourism. Inside the village apart from a small bar for breakfast and newspapers do not reside commercial facilities that can be found about 1 Km away, or in the adjacent Chia. The residence is therefore suitable both to those wishing to forget the car keys and enjoy the beach in front of the House and for those wishing to visit the area full of natural monuments and archaeological sites of great charm.
